I Didn’t Choose This
I suspect my journey is similar to yours. I thought I had it all under control until I didn’t. Employed and expecting a promotion one day, laid off the next. It had been 10+ years since I job hunted. I wasn’t sure where to start, what to do, and was overwhelmed. And frankly, a little bitter and very angry.
Amazingly, I Survived
I’ll be honest. It wasn’t easy. I made many mistakes along the way. It took too much time, cost too much of my energy. Left me feeling empty and worthless.
Now that I’ve made it through, I realize that the biggest mistake was that I tried to do it all alone. Once I hired a coach, I started to realize things about myself and that led me to the revelation that I wasn’t doing what is deep down inside me. My coach also helped me discover and shed limiting beliefs that could have held me back for years!

A Little About Me Personally
I am delighted to have acted upon the inner urging to obtain my coaching certification and to launch my coaching business. These days I am a certified NLP master practitioner and professional certified life coach and offer online coaching.
I enjoy scuba diving and am passionate about volunteering. I have been blessed to be able to combine the two by helping expand the coral reef system in the Florida Keys.
